CLC1605 - 1.5GHz，2,500V/µs 电流反馈型放大器
The COMLINEAR™ CLC1605 is a single channel, high-performance, current feedback amplifier. The CLC1605 features 1.5GHz unity gain bandwidth and 2,500V/µs slew rate. With 120MHz 0.1dB bandwidth, the CLC1605 exceeds the bandwidth requirements for high-definition video. The CLC1605 also offers 120mA of output current, easliy capable to drive multiple video loads. The CLC1605 is available in a lead-free SOT23-5 package.
