CLC1603 - 单路，1.1mA，200MHz 放大器
The COMLINEAR™ CLC1603 is a single channel, high-performance current feedback amplifier that consumes only 1.1mA of supply current that can be disabled to lower the supply current to 0.11mA. The CLC1603 offers 200MHz of bandwidth at gain of 2 and 450V/µs slew rate. The CLC1603 is designed to operate from 5V or ±5V supplies and is available in lead-free SOT23-6 and SOIC-8 packages.
