CLC1004 - 750MHz，1,400V/µs 电压反馈型放大器
The COMLINEAR™ CLC1004 is a single channel, high-performance, voltage feedback amplifier that provides 750MHz bandwidth at a gain of 2 and 1,400V/µs slew rate. The CLC1004 has 0.1dB bandwidth to 200MHz and 0.02%/0.01° differential gain and phase performance, making this amplifier well suited for video applications. The CLC1004 offers a disable feature that lowers the supply current to 0.5mA. The CLC1004 supplies 100mA of output current and is available in a lead-free SOT23-6 package.
